STEPS TO PARTICIPATE
 
To participate in Marching Band/Fall Guard or Winter Guard you will need to do the following:
 
1) Complete registration form (See A)
2) Create Membership Toolkit Account if you don't have one and add any band students to account if needed (see B)
3) Pay Dues - initial payment and ongoing based on dues schedule (see C)
4) Complete the River Ridge Medical form and return to Band Program along with insurance card (see D)
5) Upload a physical and complete Rank One Questions (see E)
* Some of these may have been completed at Signing Day
6) Volunteer! (see F)
 
To participate in Class only you will need to do the following:
1) Create Membership Toolkit Account  if you don't have one(see B)
2) Pay Class Dues (see C)

Welcome to the River Ridge Band Program! 

 

Each family in RRHS band is required to create a Membership Toolkit account to receive our newsletters, communications for your program (Marching band, Winter Guard, Jazz band, etc), and have a convenient online method for paying dues.

If you have one you can log in and go to My Account -> My forms/Paperwork to add another student

 

C) Dues

You can pay your dues 2 ways:

-  Pay by cash or check made out to "River Ridge Band Boosters" . Please use envelope marked with student name and purpose (Marching Band dues, Winter Guard dues, jazz band dues, etc) in the blue box in River Ridge Band Room.

 

* Middle School cadet members can bring their check to practice. Either sponsor will collect or director will dismiss your student to band room. 

 

-  Pay online: Home page of MTK account will have a blue banner with link to "invoices" for the season - fee is added if paying by Credit card/Debit.

D) Complete the River Ridge Band Medical Form and provide copy of insurance card to band
 
E) Update Rank One with your physical and complete the 3 Questions.
1) Get current Physical form completed by doctor, CCSD physical event, or other medical       
facility English Spanish
         2) Watch tutorial found here : LINK
         3) Update Rank One based on the video instructions  - You want 4 Green checks by band camp!!!
 *Please make sure parent and student sign Medical History page, doctor information is included, and eligibility is checked.
